portland, i'm coming home

so i made it. flew in wednesday through the layers of clouds into a gloriously foggy and drizzly april evening. this is the portland i have come to known! hung out at caitlins, met zoe at ogle gallery where she was helping mike, our sculpture prof at lewis & clark college, set up his show. then we ate cheap sushi and went bowling! um, does it get better than old friends and leisure activities?
