good morning, i'm hungry

fashion blogs have kind of lost my attention lately...how many pictures of the same people can you really look at every day? now i find myself gaining much more inspiration from my favorite daily indulgence- FOOD! my favorite food blog lately is simply breakfast, jennifer causey's daily catalog of her morning meal. i just got into steel cut oats (thanks trina!), always enjoy making my own granola, and have recently discovered the benefits of waking up early (what? it's hard!). so breakfast blog it is! on a rainy day off like today, sleeping in and a big warm breakfast are definitely a requirement...

don't forget, tonight is zana's san francisco debut! stop by her harness trunk show at shotwell (metier's neighbor!) tonight from 6-9. zana is such a great inspiration, always doing her thing, looking good, trampling the haters and winning hearts. psyched to see her back in sf for a few days!

as if i didn't blog enough today (hey, it's my only day off in 2 weeks so you gotta do what you gotta do)....some images by iceland's saga, for re:solution magazine. to nerdily quote the bumper sticker, they are "gorge-ous!" her blog, the neverending story, will make you simultaneously sigh and gasp.

how cute is masha? she bought some margiela boots from me on ebay! hella jelly of her perfect haircut. even though her blog's in swedish, you can still appreciate the photos! she loves the glow worms in planet earth's caves episode too!!!

the only thing my degree in german is good for seems to be reading german fashion blogs.

vintage jesus fashion is one of my faves, even if you can't "sprechen" the "deutsch." lara always finds a creative and aesthetically pleasing way of expressing her style without ten million narcissistic photos.

plus she loves SPACE and ACNE as much as i do!!!
